This sweet sweater is knit from the top down in one piece. The fit is improved with short rows in the neck.
The pattern can be modified according to your own preferences: instructions are included for both short and long sleeves, and for both a cropped and a longer hem. A twisted rib is knit in the neckline, hem and cuffs. Splits are knit in the hem, and the back piece is knitted slightly longer than the front piece.

Measurements of the finished sweater:
Chest circumference : 89-94-101-112-120 cm
Sleeve circumference immediately after the armpit: 32-35-39-41-44 cm
We recommend choosing a size that is about 0-5 cm wider than your chest circumference.
Yarn :
Linkulla's alpaca yarn DK (100 g = approx. 260 m, 100% alpaca), or any of Linkulla's DK-weightyarn.
You need about 200-200-300-400-400 g for a cropped and short-sleeved shirt, 400-400-400-500-500 g for a long-hem and long-sleeved shirt
Needles:
3.5 mm and 4 mm 80 cm circular needles (or needles with which you can get the given knitting gauge)
Knitting gauge:
19 sts and 25-26 rows of stockinette stitch on larger needles = 10x10 cm.
NOTE ! It is important that you knit with the needles with which you reach the given gauge, otherwise the size of the sweater will not be correct. First, knit a sample swatch to check that the gauge is correct.
