An advance payment of 20% is charged for wool consignments over 30 kg. We reserve the right to return the wool if it is not suitable for spinning with our spinning machines, e.g. due to high amount of vegetable matter in it. The wool is returned at the customer's expense.
It is normal that the finished yarn batch may also contain second-quality yarn.
Sorting and cleaning the wool before sending it to the spinning mill
The better the wool is sorted and cleaned, the smoother and finer the yarn you will get. It is good to separate coarse and short fibers separately. Please read the wool purchase section below for more detailed criteria for good wool.
Terms of payment
Shipping with delivery costs must be paid before the finished goods are sent.
The fee for storage per day (after one week) is €10/kg.
The maximum storage time is 3 months, after which the products are sold on behalf of the manufacturer.
