Medium-weight alpaca yarn, that is very soft, thanks to our special spinning process. You can use this yarn to knit soft and breathable beanies, scarves, and of course lovely sweaters and cardigans that feel wonderful close to the skin.
Skein size 100 g = approx. 260 m. For a women's size M sweater you'll need approx. 4-5 balls. 1 skein is enough for a beanie.
100% Finnish alpaca
Spun with love in our small spinning mill in Inkoo, Finland.
Spun from really fine alpaca fibers, which makes the yarn very soft and high-quality.
This yarn can be knit with 3-4 mm needles. Always make a sample swatch before starting the project.
Please note that since the yarn is largely handmade, there may be small unevenness in the yarn.
The colors are named after the alpaca from whose wool the yarn is spun. All shades are undyed, natural shades of alpacas. Note! Always order enough of one shade at a time so that it is enough for your project. The tones of two different alpacas, even if they have the same tonal world, always differ slightly from each other.
